Will Lathrop
Will Lathrop worked as a prosecutor for 10 years in Oregon, specializing in prosecuting sexual crimes against children, adult sexual assault, and domestic violence. In 2015, Will joined IJM as the Gulu, Uganda Field Office Director, where he led efforts to combat gender-based violence, later went on to lead the West Africa Hub fighting child trafficking in key industries, and now serves as Senior Vice President leading the Center for Excellence.

Mark Herzlich is a Super Bowl champion and spent his 7-year NFL career with the New York Giants. Upon leaving the NFL, he worked as an analyst for ACC football game coverage and anchored in the studio for ESPN before joining IJM’s Team Freedom in January of 2022.

Is the founder of Team Freedom. She previously worked with players at the NFL Players Association and in Major League Soccer. She now works with pro athlete families who are champions in the fight to end slavery and serves on the MLB-MLBPA Anti-Trafficking Grant Advisory Board.
